Important information for VENDORS of the Gun Show at the ROC Dome. There are some changes in procedures from past shows. ~ Show Hours for General public is Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm, Sunday: 9 am – 3 pm. (ESACA Members are allowed admission at 8 am on both days. Vendors are allowed entrance at 7 am and 8 am respectively. ~ Show setup hours on Friday evening are 2 pm – 7 pm. ESACA Members are welcome to attend setup from 4-7 pm. Vendors are required to stay and staff their tables until 7 pm. Security will not be provided for the facility until after then. ~ ALL Vendors must park in the lot behind the dome and minett hall. Vendor entrance to the show will be through the REAR door at the entrance area ONLY. Entrance is with your vendor badges. ~ All vendors have been sent 2 badges with your table confirmations. If a vendor has a large amount of tables (6 or more) and have additional people manning the tables, additional badges can be obtained from the show manager at Friday night setup. ~ WIFI will be available in the building for use by our vendors, staff and Monroe County Clerk. The WIFI passwords will be provided at setup.  Show Rules – PLEASE READ! An important notice to vendors: If you are setting up on Friday night, you must staff your tables until 7:00 pm that evening.  This is very important because E.S.A.C.A. members have access to the show for preview that evening from 2:00 to 7:00.  They are looking to view and purchase your merchandise that evening.  This is a benefit to their membership in our club.  Make sure you are there and open for business for them.  Vendors are responsible for providing their own security on Friday evening during the preview.  ESACA security does not begin working until 7 pm. Also, if you are not setting up until Saturday morning, you must be present and set up by 9:00 am or your tables will be given away. Covering up your tables before show closing time or tearing down before closing time on Sunday is not acceptable.  You must staff your tables until show closing time on both days.
